Prayer Resources
There are many ways to reach out in love during this time. One way is to share prayer resources with friends, family and neighbors. Many are free for everyone right now and offer an easy way to explore what is of interest to you. Here are three:
-
Pray as You Go is an app that is always free and includes a daily Lectio Divina scripture reflection with music. You will also find many “stay at home” reflections, prayer tools, and reflections for mental health –if you are anxious, if you are depressed, if you are grieving, if you are lonely–and retreats.
-
Give Us This Day, a daily prayer resource, is free right now. It offers morning prayer, evening prayer, the Mass readings, reflections and much more. Try it out and share it with others.
-
Word Among Us, another daily prayer resource, is also being offered free right now.

An Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
